优肝宁胶囊提取工艺的研究

目的：探讨优肝宁胶囊中挥发油的提取及其他成分醇提的最佳工艺。方法：采用正交试验设计，以挥发油的提取量为挥发油提取工艺评价指标，以人参皂苷Rg1、Re的含量为醇提工艺评价指标。结果：挥发油最佳提取条件是陈皮切成0.3～0．5cm的细丝，当归、郁金粉碎成直径0.3～0．5cm的粗粉，加8倍量水浸泡6h，回流提取5h；醇提最佳工艺是加10倍量70％乙醇回流提取2次，每次1h。结论：本提取工艺条件合理可行。

Study on extraction process of Youganning Capsule

Objective: To study the optimize condition of process for volatile oil and other chinese medicinal herb com- pound of Youganning Capsule. Methods: By means of the orthogonal design, the contents of volatile oil, ginsenosides Rg1 and Re were used as guide to evaluate the extraction efficacy. Results: The optimum extraction condition of volatile oil was 0.3-0.5 cm tangerine peel, 0.3-0.5 cm meal of angelica and Curcuma longa,10 times of water and the soked time was 6 hours, reflux extraction was 5 hours; the optimum condition of alcohol extraction was adding 10 fold 70% alcohol as much as medicine and heating under reflux for 1 hour and 2 times. Conclusion: The optimized extraction conditions are reasonable.
