4种方案治疗社区获得性肺炎药物经济学研究

目的:研究4种治疗社区获得性肺炎方案的药物经济学效果,为临床提供最佳治疗方案。方法:采用回顾性研究方法,运用药物经济学的成本-效果分析法对4种方案进行成本与效果分析。结果:4种治疗方案效果无显著性差异(P>0.05)治疗成本分别为4 327.56、4 809.20、5 628.49、5 074.14,总有效率分别为86.20%、80.64%、90.90%、85.29%,每增加1个单位效果其增加的成本分别为50.20、86.62、276.79、820.42。结论:L1方案治疗CAP为最佳方案。

Pharmacoeconomic Evaluation on the 4 Therapeutic Regimens for Community Acquired Pneumonia

OBJECTIVE: To evaluate the pharmacoeconomic efficacy of 4 therapeutic regimens for community acquired pneumonia so as to provide optimal therapeutic regimen for clinic.METHODS: The pharmacoeconomic cost-effectiveness analysis was conducted on the 4 therapeutic regimens using retrospective study.RESULTS: No significant difference was noted in effectiveness among the four groups(P>0.05). The total costs for the four schemes were(4 327.56) yuan,(4 809.20) yuan,(5 628.49) yuan and 5 074.14 yuan,respectively and their effective rates were 86.20%,80.64%,90.90% and 85.29%,respectively.The increamental costs for increase of each unit of effectiveness were 50.20 yuan,86.62 yuan,276.79 yuan and 820.42 yuan respectively.CONCLUSION: Therapeutic regimen L1(CAP) was optimal for community acquired pneumonia.
