鼻息肉的临床与CT诊断探讨

目的探讨鼻息肉临床与CT的关系,提高对鼻息肉CT影像的认识,合理使用CT检查。方法36例鼻息肉患者分别进行鼻窦CT冠状位和轴位薄层扫描。所有病例均经手术病理证实,其中误诊2例。结果鼻息肉的临床表现与其大小、部位有关。CT表现为软组织肿块,好发于窦口鼻道复合体区,易在鼻腔及鼻窦双向生成。结论CT对鼻息肉的诊断,判定病变范围有重要价值,是术前必不可少的检查手段。

Dinical and CT diagnosis of nasal polyp

Objective To explore the relationship between the clinical and CT findings of nasal polyp to improve the knowledge of its CT findings and make rational use of CT scanning.Methods 36cases of nasal polyp proved. Surgically and pathologically,were performed CT scanning with coronal and axial thin section. Two of 36 cases were misdiagnosed by CT Scans. Results The clinical manifestation of nasal polyp was associated with its size and location CT demonstrated nasal polyp as a soft tissue mass which occurred frequently at ostiomeatal complex and was subject to grow in both direction in the nasal cavities and sinuses. Conclusion CT scan is of important value in diagnosis of the nasal polyp and to assess the extent of the lesion, it is a necessary imaging modality before operation.
