重型、特重型颅脑损伤15例救治体会

目的:总结重型、特重型颅脑损伤的救治和护理的经验,提高治疗效果,降低病死率.方法:对 1997年 1月～ 2003年 收治的重型、特重型颅脑损伤 15例进行回顾性分析.结果: 15例中,急诊手术 13例.治疗后恢复良好 2例,轻残 10 例,死亡 3例.结论:加强救治的各环节,采取综合治疗与护理,及时手术治疗、控制颅内压,预防控制并发症等,是 提高重型、特重型颅脑损伤患者救治成功率以及生存质量的重要手段.

Experience of treating patients with severe traumatic brain injury

Objective To summarize the therapeutic experience of treating and nursing patients with severe and extra severe traumatic brain injury(TBI). Methods The data of 15 cases with severe and extra severe TBI was analyzed retrospectively. Results In all 15 cases,13 cases were operated,and 2 cases had good recovery,10 cases had mild disability,3 cases died. Conclusion To improve the ratio of survival and the quality of living in patients with severe and extra severe TBI, some important measures should be taken, including having actively operational decompression and life sustentation, preventing and controlling complication.
