| 摘 要： | 目的 研究乙酰肝素酶在原发性肝细胞肝癌中的表达及临床意义.方法 免疫组织化学S-P法.结果 原发性肝癌45例中乙酰肝素酶表达阳性26例(57.8%);在高分化(6/17)、无肝内转移(12/28)和无淋巴结转移(14/31)的肝癌中乙酰肝素酶阳性表达率明显低于低分化(20/28)、肝内转移(14/17)和淋巴结转移(12/14)的肝癌(P＜0.05).结论 乙酰肝素酶可能是原发性肝细胞肝癌的生物学行为和预后的重要标记物,阳性表达者可能恶性程度高和预后不良.

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the expression and clinical significances of heparanase(Hpa) in primary hepatocellular carcinoma tissue.Methods Immunohistochemistry of avidin-biotin complex was used in this study.Results The positive rate of Hpa was 57.8% in 45 cases with primary hepatocellular carcinoma.The positive rates of Hpa were significantly lower in cases of well differentiated cancer(6/17),cases without intrahepatic metastasis(12/28),and cases without lymph node metastasis(14/31)than that in the cases of carcinomas of poor differentiation(20/28)(P<0.05),cases with intrahepatic metastasis(14/17)(P<0.05),and cases with lymph node metastasis(12/14)(P<0.05).Conclusion Hpa is an important marker reflecting the biological behaviors and prognosis of primary hepatocellular carcinoma.The positive expression of Hpa suggests higher maligance and poor prognosis. |
