营养辅助治疗复治菌阳肺结核

目的采用营养作辅助治疗方法来探讨对复治痰菌阳性肺结核病人的治疗。方法52例复治痰菌阳性肺结核病人,采用随机方法分为治疗组及对照组各26例。所有病例均采用3DEC X/6DE,治疗组在强化期加用高能要素合剂80g/天。结果复治痰菌阳性肺结核病人主要以蛋白质能量不良为主的营养不良(57.7%)。两组完成疗程后治疗组痰菌阴转率为96.2%(25/26),对照组为76.9%(20/26)(P<0.05)。结论治疗组在治疗3个月后营养状况得到明显好转(P<0.001);治疗组在完成疗程后期痰菌阴转率较对照组高(P<0.05);复治痰菌阳性肺结核病人采用营养作辅助治疗方法可提高临床疗效。

The use of nutrition-assisting system in treating relapsing pulmonary tuberculosis

Objective To study the way of treating relapsing pulmonary tuberculosis with nutrition-assisting system. Methods Fifty-two patients with relapsing pulmonary tuberculosis were randomly classified into therapy group and control group. All the patients were treated by 3DEC X/6DE. For the therapy group, the high-energy essence mixture were added to the regimens at the reinforcement phase. Results 57. 7% of the patients had protein-energy deficiency. The sputum changing negative rate was 86. 5% for all the patients after completing the therapy course. It was 96. 2% in the therapy group and 76. 9% in the control group respectively: P<0. 05. Conclusion The nutritional status had been markedly improved for the therapy group after the treatment, but not for the control group. The sputum changing negative rate is higher in the therapy group than that in the control group. It is effective in using nutrition support system in terms of sputum changing negative rate for the patients with relapsing pulmonary tuberculosis.
