| 摘 要： | 目的探讨扩张型心肌病(DCM)J-T离散度(J-Tc)的变化及参松养心胶囊对其影响。方法选择DCM患者295例,其中J-Tc延长150例,非延长145例,根据有无室性心律失常分为伴心律失常组93例及不伴心律失常组202例,J-Tc延长的不伴心律失常患者60例随机分为对照组(A组)和干预组(B组)各30例,3组均给予基础治疗,伴心律失常组及B组加用参松养心胶囊治疗,观察治疗前后J-Tc的变化。结果伴心律失常组与不伴心律失常组J-Tc比较差异有统计学意义(426 ms±42 ms vs 335 ms±31 ms,P<0.05),参松养心胶囊治疗前后J-Tc比较差异有统计学意义(352 ms±38 ms vs 426 ms±42 ms,P<0.05)。治疗后B组较A组J-Tc缩短(P<0.05)。QTc、J-Tc与心律失常发生呈正相关(r=0.508,r=0.520,P<0.05)。结论参松养心胶囊可明显缩短扩张型心肌病患者J-Tc。 |
