摘    要:
本文对100例冠心病病人和10例正常人进行运动和静息~(99m)锝—异睛(~(99m)TC—MIBI)心肌断层显象,即靶心显示。结果表明其诊断冠心病灵敏度为91%,特异性90%。病变室壁节段检出数比ECG更准确和灵敏,尤其对后壁、后侧壁及心尖部的梗塞定位诊断优于心电图。其与冠状动脉造影结果符合率高。显象检出的病变室壁节段数与CK—Mb值呈正相关(r=0.5946,P<0.001)。可作为无创伤性诊断冠心病的一种可靠检查方法。

Abstract:
Stress technetium -99m MIBI(~(99m)TC -MIBI)myocardial tomograhy (bullseye) was evaluated in 100 patients with coronary heart disease (CHD) and 10 normals during exercise and rest. The results showed a high sensitivity (91%) and specificity (90%) for detecting CHD. Bullseye was more sensitive and accurate in detecting damaged ventricular segments than ECG, especially for posterior, lateroposterior and apex. There was a high coincidence rate in detecting CHD by bullseye and by angiography. The number of damaged ventricular segments found by bullseye positive correlation to Ck-MB concentration (r=0. 5964, P<0. 001). Bullseye was an accurate non-invasive method for the diagnosis of CHD.
