替米沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的临床疗效观察

目的探究替米沙坦联合氢氯噻嗪治疗高血压的临床疗效。方法选择确诊的原发性高血压患者116例,随机分为观察组与对照组各58例。对照组给予单纯替米沙坦治疗,观察组在此基础上联合氢氯噻嗪治疗,观察对比2组临床疗效。结果观察组总有效率为89.7%明显高于对照组的70.7%;观察组SBP和DBP下降程度明显大于对照组,组间比较差异具有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。2组均未发生严重不良反应。结论 2药联用治疗高血压的降压效果显著,降压平稳,且用药安全。

Clinical efficacy observation of telmisartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertension

Objective To explore the efficacy of telmisartan combined with hydrochlorothiazide in the treatment of hypertension. Methods 116 cases of patients with essential hypertension were randomly divided into observation group and control group,each of 58 cases. The control group was treated with telmisartan,while the observation group was added with hydrochlorothiazide based on the control group. The clinical curative effect of 2 groups was compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group was 89. 7%,which was significantly higher than 70. 7% in control group; The decreased degree of SBP and DBP in observation group was significantly greater than of that of the control group; the differences were statistically significant（ P〈0. 05）. The two groups were no serious adverse reactions. Conclusion The combination of 2 drugs has significant effect in the treatment of hypertension,with smooth step-down,and safety.
