| 摘 要： | 目的分析大肠癌的临床表现和诊断情况。方法对143例大肠癌进行分析。结果大肠癌以腹痛、便血、大便习惯改变为主要症状,但早期诊断情况不乐观。结论重视直肠指检、医务人员提高警惕性、扩大结肠镜检查范围均可达到早诊断目的。 |

| Abstract: | Objective: To study the clinical characteristics and diagnostic condition of colorectal cancer. Methods:143 patients with colorectal cancer in recent years in our hospital were analyzed. Results: The prime symptoms of colorectal cancer are abdominal pain, hematochezia and change of stool customs. But the early diagnosis for colorectal cancer is difficult. Conclusion: It is important to look out for early diagnosis of this disease and to give serious attention of digital examination of rectum or expand the coverage of colonoscopy. |
