| 摘 要： | 原始神经外胚层肿瘤是一组临床上罕见的发生于中枢神经系统和周围肌肉、骨骼组织，由原始未分化的小圆细胞构成的恶性肿瘤，预后较差。本文主要探讨近年来WHO神经系统肿瘤分类学对原始神经外胚层肿瘤的分型及其分别与髓母细胞瘤和尤文肉瘤关系。 |

| Abstract: | The primitive neuroectodermal tumors are real in clinic, occurring mainly in the central nervous system and the surrounding muscle, bone tissue. It is a malignant tumor which is undifferentiated from the original composition of the small round cell, and prognosis is poor. This review focused on the WHO classification of primitive neuroectodermal tumors in recent years, and the relationships of their respective subtype with medulloblastoma and Ewing＇s sarcoma. |
