| 摘 要： | 目的:评价卡泊三醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风的疗效。方法:采用自身对照临床试验,每例患者选取白癜风区域肢体两侧对称皮损处,取一侧皮损为治疗组,采用卡泊三醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗;另一侧为对照组,仅用窄谱中波紫外线治疗。2个月后判定疗效。结果:治疗组有效率76.1%,对照组有效率62.7%,两组间疗效比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:卡泊三醇软膏联合窄谱中波紫外线治疗白癜风安全、疗效好,且并发症少。

Clinical study of Calcipotriol ointment combined with NB-UVB in the treatment of vitiligo |

| Abstract: | Objective：To evaluate the efficacy of Calcipotriol ointment combined with NB - UVB in the treatment of vitiligo. Methods：Used self - controlled clinical trial. Each patient selected vitiligo region limbs bilaterally symmetrical lesions, took the side of lesion for treatment group, using the Calcipotriol ointment combined with NB -UVB treatment;took the otheside of lesion for control group,only using the NB -UVB treatment. Efficacy was analyzed two months after. Results ：The effective rate of the treatment group was 76.1%, 62.7% in control group, there was statistical difference （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion ： Caleipotrio] ointment combined with NB - UVB treatment of vitiligo safety, efficacy, and fewer complications. |
