| 摘 要： | 目的探讨呼吸衰竭病人撤离呼吸机的临床护理。方法2000年1月～2003年12月对43例呼吸衰竭应用呼吸机的病人正确地管理好呼吸机，做好停机前各项准备工作，抓住撤机时间停机。结果43例成功撤离呼吸机39例，4例撤机失败。结论只有掌握撤机指征，抓住撤机时机，同时做好心理护理，加强停机后的治疗和护理，才能让病人顺利地撤离呼吸机。

| Abstract: | Objective To study the clinical nursing of respiratory failure patients after withdrawing from the breath the machine. Method 43 respiratory failure patients were admitted to the hospital on breathing machine. The breathing machine was shut down on an optimistic time after preparation was complete. Result 39 cases successfully withdrew from the machine and 4 cases failed. Conclusion The success of withdrawing the machine lied in the optimistic time by taking into account the indications for successful withdrawing the machine, and must be accompanied by psychological treatment and clinical nursing after the withdraw. |
