摘    要:目的 研究单一HGV/GBV-C感染者肝组织中该病毒核酸定位及相关抗原表达,探讨HCV/GBV-C感染在肝细胞损伤中的作用。方法 12例单一HGV/GBV-C感染者经肝穿获得取肝组织常规病理诊断,采用地高辛标记探针原位杂交法检测病毒RNA,并用免疫组织化学法检测病毒相关抗原表达。结果 病理诊断急性肝炎8例,慢性肝炎4例。HGV/GBV-CNS5抗原检出阳性率为66.67%(8/12),阳性信号主要

Abstract:Objective To study the exppression of hepatitis G virus or GB virus C (HGV/GBV C) RNA and virus related antigens in the liver of patients with HGV/GBV C infection, and the mechanisms of liver cells injury induced by HGV/GBV C. Methods The expression of HGV/GBV C RNA in the liver tissues were detected with digoxigenin labeled probe with in situ hybridization, and the distribution of HGV/GBV C related antigens in the liver tissues was detected with immunohistochemistry. Results HGV/GBV C RNA was detected in 58.33%, and HGV/GBV C NS5 antigen in 66.67% of 12 liver samples of hepatitis patients with HGV/GBV C infection alone. Positive staining signal of hybridization and HGV/GBV C NS5 antigen was only seen in the cytoplasm. Positive cells of hybridization was not related to hepatocyte degeneration, cholestasis, inflammatory cell infiltration, degrees of cell necrosis, etc. Eight cases of acute hepatitis and 4 of chronic hepatitis were diagnosed in 12 liver tissue samples. Conclusion It seems that HGV/GBV C does not damage hepatocytes directly, and HGV/GBV C related antigens may exist in hepatocytes; HGV/GBV C might exert its role as a target antigen in the course of liver injury.
