结直肠肿瘤中端粒酶活性表达及其意义

目的观察端粒酶活性表达与结直肠癌发生及预后的关系。方法应用免疫组织化学法检测48例结直肠癌、19例结直肠腺瘤和11例癌旁正常组织中端粒酶的活性表达，并用统计学方法分析其与结直肠癌临床病理因素间的关系。结果端粒酶在结直肠癌中的阳性率为87.5%，明显高于在19例结直肠腺瘤中的阳性率26.3%（5/19）（P＜0.05）和11例癌旁正常组织中的阳性率0.0%（0/11）（P＜0.01）；且与结直肠癌组织病理学分级、淋巴结转移和临床分期关系密切（P＜0.05）。结论端粒酶表达与结直肠癌的发生呈高度正相关，检测标本中端粒酶活性表达有助于结直肠癌患者的预后评估。

Expressions of Telomerase in Colorectal Cancer and Their Significance

Objective To investigate the correlations between the expression of telomerase activation and carcinogenesis and prognosis of colorectal cancers. Methods Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expressions of telomerase in 48 tissues of colorectal cancer, 19 tissues of colorectal adenoma and 11 tissues of adjacent non-tumorous mucosa and its relations with clinicopathologic factors were analysed. Results The positive expression rate of telomerase in colorectal cancer were 87.5%, which was significantly higher than the rate 26.3%（5/19）in 19 tissues of colorectal adenoma（P＜0.05）,and 0.0%（0/11）in 11 adjacent normal tissues（P＜0.05）.The statistical analysis showed that the expression level of telomerase activation was positively correlated with pathology rank, lymph node metastasis and clinical stage（P＜0.05）. Conclusion There were a positive correlation between the expression of telomerase and carcinogenesis of colorectal cancer. The detection of telomerase may be helpful in evaluation of the prognosis of colorectal cancers.
