急性粟粒型肺结核合并呼吸窘迫综合征救治成功1例

报告急性粟粒型肺结核合并成人呼吸迫综合征１例，诊断经临床表现，Ｘ光胸片、血气分析、浅表淋巴结和肝脏活检资料所证实，早期明确诊断、及时应用抗结核药物治疗，可明显提高治愈率率。在治疗早期阶段，地症支持疗法是非常重要的。

A succesfully treated and saved case associated with millary buberculosis

A case of adult respiratory distress syndrome (ARDS) caused by millary tuberculosis was reported, which was clearly diagnosed in the light of clinical manifestations, chest roentgenograms, blood gas analyses and superficial lymph node and liver biopsies. It was proved that the prognosis would markedly be improved if the patient was diagnosed early and treated timely with the combined therapy of antituberculotic drugs. However, both supportive and symptomatic therapies were also very important during the early stage of treatment.
