| 摘 要： | 目的探讨经皮肝穿刺胆管内外引流术（PTCD）对恶性阻塞性黄疸诊断及治疗的临床价值.方法在DSA引导下对59例疑为恶性阻塞性黄疸患者行经皮肝穿刺胆道造影（PTC）,并对其它检查＋PTC诊断为恶性阻塞性黄疸患者行PTCD术.结果共施行该型引流术57例,其中47例病人减黄效果明显,对其他临床不适也有较好的缓解作用.随访病人最长生存期15个月.结论PTCD对不宜手术的恶性阻塞性黄疸病人是较好的选择,同时也可为其他胆道手术前的治疗或伽玛刀治疗创造机会. |

| Abstract: | Objective To investigate the effectiveness of percutaneous transhepatic catheter drainage（PTCD）for obstructive jaundice.Methods Fifty-nine patients with suspected malignat obstructive jaundice received PTC to make a final diagnosis.PTCD was performed on patients with confirmed maglignant obstructive jaundice.Results After PTCD,47 patients among 57 patients received PTCD got good effects.Other symptoms were also reasonably alleviated.The longest survival period of patients was 15 months after PTCD.Conclusions PTCD is a better palliative treatment for inoperable patients with malignant obstructive jaundice.Meanwhile,it provides more chances for other treatments. |
