142株解脲脲原体对9种抗生素敏感性分析

目的 :了解广东地区泌尿生殖道感染的解脲脲原体对 9种抗生素的敏感性。方法 :采用液体培养方法鉴定解脲脲原体 ,并用断点法作 9种抗生素药敏试验。结果 :从 40 0例泌尿生殖系统感染患者中检出 UU1 2 4株 ,阳性率为 35.5 % ;药敏结果显示交沙霉素、美满霉素敏感性分别为 90 .1 %和 81 .7% ,强力霉素 78.9%、司巴沙星 68.3 % ,而阿齐霉素、甲砜霉素和左旋氧氟沙星等抗生素耐药率分别达 56.3 %、54.9%、46.5 %。结论 :交沙霉素和美满霉素对 UU敏感性最强 ,可作为治疗 UU感染的首选药。

Analysis on Sensitivity of 142 Stains of Ureaplasma Urealyticum to Nine Kinds of Antibiotics

Objective To compare the sensitivity of urogenital Ureaplasma urealyticum to nine kinds of antibiotics. Methods Liquid selective culture medium was used to identify Ureaplasma urealyticum and breakponit method was adopt to do drug susceptivity experiments. Results 124 stains of Ureaplasma urealyticum were detected from 400 patients with urogenital infection. A total of positive rate was 35.5 %. The results showed that the Sensitivities of Josamycim, Minocycline, Doxycycline(Vibramycin)and Sparfloxacin were 90.1 %, 81.7 %, 78.9 %, 68.3 %, respectively, while Azithromycin, Thiamphenicol and Levofloxacin resistance were 56.3 %, 54.9 % and 46.5 %. Conclusion Josamycin and Minocycline was most sensitive and principal drug for anti UU infection.
