| 摘 要： | 目的:研究两种植物生长调节剂对一年生毛脉酸模根中白藜芦醇、白藜芦醇苷的含量及产量的影响。方法:选用矮壮素、萘乙酸采用叶面喷洒方式分别以高中低浓度施加于一年生毛脉酸模植株,采用两因素完全随机实验设计,结果运用SPSS11.0统计软件进行分析。结果:矮壮素、萘乙酸对一年生毛脉酸模根中白藜芦醇和白藜芦醇苷含量及产量均有显著性影响(P<0.05)。结论:本研究对提高毛脉酸模的质量与产量有重要意义,为毛脉酸模的规范化种植提供理论依据。 |
