摘    要:
目的:考察莫诺苷的提取工艺。方法:以莫诺苷为指标,采用正交试验优选接骨木根皮中莫诺苷的最佳提取工艺。结果:莫诺苷最佳提取工艺为接骨木药材15倍量的95%乙醇,回流提取2次,每次2.5h。结论:该提取工艺简单、可靠、重复性好,适用于工业生产。

Abstract:
Objective: To optimize the extraction technology for morroniside.Method: The extraction technology for morroniside from Sambucus williamsii Hance was optimized by adopting a single factor experiment and an orthogonal experiment with the use of the extraction rate of the morroniside as the assessment index.Result: The optimized extraction technology was as follows: Sambucus williamsii Hanc was added with 15 times alcohol of 95% and extracted 2.5 hour for 2 times.Conclusion: The extraction technology for the ...
