| 摘 要： | 目的:观察改良夹板治疗骨折的临床疗效。方法:将60例闭合性前臂尺桡骨中下段骨折的患者,随机分为治疗组30例,采用改良夹板固定方法治疗;对照组30例,采用传统夹板固定方法治疗,于手法复位2周后对骨折对位情况作比较,8周后对两组病人进行疗效比较评定。结果:采用改良夹板固定方法治疗后骨折的对位情况和疗效评定优于采用传统夹板固定方法。结论:改良夹板固定方法治疗前臂尺桡骨骨折可以获得满意的临床疗效,是一种简易、安全、可靠、有效的方法,值得临床推广。
