熊胆对四氯化碳所致培养肝细胞损伤的影响

摘    要:
用酶组织化学法探讨了熊胆对四氯化碳所致培养肝细胞损伤的保护及其药理作用。将Wistar系大鼠肝细胞体外培养4~5d,取生长良好的培养瓶分为正常组、损伤组、实验组、SOD组,在各组培养瓶中取肝细胞生长盖玻片,显示SDH,G-6-pase,ANAE,ACP等酶活性。结果,正常组肝细胞SDH,G-6-pase,ANAE,ACP活性均阳性;损伤组肝细胞SDH,G-6-pase,ANAE活性明显降低,而ACP活性明显增强;实验组和SOD组肝细胞SDH,G-6-pase,ANAE,ACP活性基本相似,接近于正常水平,可见熊胆对损伤肝细胞具有良好的保护作用。

Abstract:
The protective effect of CCl_4-induced liver injury in rats (DBB) and its pharmacological action were investigated by several enzyme histochemical methds, such as ACP, SDH, ANAE and G-6-pase. The results suggest that BB shows satisfied protective effect on the model, as well as detoxifying and clearing free radical functions. The mechanism is likely connected with the membrane system and the cytochrome P_(450) system, so as to provide the membrane substances and clear the free radicals.
