| 摘 要： | 自1999年至2005年采用半环槽外固定架固定并以隐血管为蒂的逆行股骨内侧髁骨膜瓣或骨瓣移植，治疗胫骨感染性骨不连12例，取得良好疗效。现就该部位骨不连的原因、手术方法、注意事项、功能锻炼讨论如下。
1临床资料 本组12例，男8例，女4例；年龄12～55岁，平均31岁；左侧7例，右侧5例。致伤原因：外伤6例，重物砸伤2例，高处坠落伤2例，机器绞伤2例。
