超声检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用评价

目的　探讨急性阑尾炎的声像图表现特点及超声检查在急性阑尾炎诊断中的应用价值。方法　应用超声对 98例临床拟诊为急性阑尾炎的患者进行检查 ,并将超声检查结果与金标准进行对照比较。结果　急性阑尾炎的声像图具有显著特点 ,超声检查诊断急性阑尾炎的灵敏度为 88 7% ,特异度为 96 3 % ,诊断准确率为 90 8%。结论　超声检查有助于急性阑尾炎的诊断与鉴别诊断 ,它是急性阑尾炎一种有用的影像学检查方法

An Evaluation on the Diagnosis of Acute Appendicitis by Ultrasonography

Objective To evaluate the ultrasonography and its diagnostic value in acute appendicitis. Methods Ninety-eight cases clinically suspected with acute appendicitis were examined by ultrasonography. The ultrasonogram characteristics were compared with the gold standard. Results The ultrasonic features of acute appendicitis were notable. In diagnosing acute appendicitis, the sensitivity of ultrasonography was 88.7%, and the specificity was 96.3%, and the accuracy was 90.8%.Conclusion The ultrasonography is helpful to the diagnosis and the differential diagnosis of acute appendicitis.
