老年肺结核临床综合分析

为提高对老年肺结核病的认识及诊治,对３１２例老年肺结核病的临床特点和难治原因进行分析。结果发现老年肺结核病程长,耐药性高,合并症多,治愈率低,是难治性肺结核之一,已成为社会的重要传染源,应该加强防治工作,以便早期控制。

Clinical Analysis of the Senile Pulmonary Tuberculosis

The clinical features and refractory cause of 312 cases of senile pulmonary tuberculosis were analyzed in order to understand senile pulmonary tuberculosis more clearly and improve its diagnosis and treatment level. The results in dicated that senile pulmonary tuberculosis had features of longer course, more complications, lower cure rate and more drug-fast bacteria. Senile pulmonary tuberculosis is one of refractory pulmonary diseases. It has become main infection source in the society. The prevention and treatment of the disease should be stressed in order to control it earlier.
