医务人员血源性病原体职业暴露分析与防护对策

目的了解血源性病原体职业暴露状况,探寻职业暴露发生规律,促进医务人员树立正确的职业防护观念;建立完善的职业暴露报告流程和监测管理系统,为制定职业暴露防护对策提供科学依据。方法对医院所有临床工作人员进行为期1年的监测,对发生职业暴露的分布特征和相关因素进行分析评价。结果监测周期内发生血源性职业暴露63人次;护士发生率最高占61.9%,其次为医师占30.16%;职业暴露类型主要以锐器伤为主;锐器伤以操作后未及时正确处置锐器导致的损伤、手术操作中的锐器伤和治疗过程中患者躁动发生率最高;经追踪随访,无血源性病原体感染的发生。结论广泛地执行标准预防措施、职业安全教育培训、规范操作流程、建立监测系统、暴露后及时规范处理和干预,不失为减少医务人员职业暴露风险的有效手段。
