| 摘 要： | 目的对1例恒河猴肠胀气死亡原因进行诊断分析。方法检查外观，解剖尸体，确认死因，采集胀气部位样品进行细菌学分离培养鉴定。结果尸体解剖确定为肠胀气死亡。细菌培养仅得到1株细菌，该菌生长旺盛，菌落呈圆形凸起，半透明，表面光滑湿润，37℃培养18h最大菌落直径约0．8cm。三糖铁培养大量产酸产气，革兰氏染色为阴性杆菌，生化鉴定为大肠埃希氏菌，同时测定了该菌的药敏结果。结论造成恒河猴肠胀气死亡的病因为产气大肠埃希氏菌感染，最可能的原因为饲料污染。 |
