| 摘 要： | 目的探讨慢性肾脏病基础上急性肾损伤（A／C）常见病因及影响预后的危险因素，以期提高MC的治疗水平。方法分析2006年9月～2008年9月期问浙江省中医院除外儿科的住院患者中，符合A／C诊断标准、资料完整的156例病例的常见病因及预后，将23个相关因素分别作关于病死率和肾功恢复或不全恢复的二分类非条件Logisti。回归分析。结果①感染是A/C最常见的临床病因，原发病加重和肾毒性药物是A／C重要病因。②尿素氮、少尿、呼衰、消化道出血是影响患者病死率的危险因素肾脏替代治疗是降低患者病死率的有利因素。③血尿素氮、少尿、肾脏替代治疗、呼衰是影响A／C患者肾功恢复或不全恢复的危险因素。④肾功能恶化的程度是肾功能能否完全恢复的影响因素之一。结论提高对MC的认识。及早诊断，重视A/C发生的病因、影响预后的危险因素，对于防治A／C极其重要。 |
