目的：了解人群对支原体和衣原体生殖道感染的认知程度，为设计规范的健康教育内容提供依据。方法；采用自行设计的“支原体和衣原体的生殖道感染相关知识问卷调查表”对192例来我院妇计科门诊就诊的患者进行了问卷调查。结果；调查对象对支原体和衣原体生殖道感染的传播途径知晓率较低，对“推迟首次性交年龄能预防支原体感染”和“感染后的严重并发症有宫外孕”持否定态度的占绝大多数，对“感染后临床表现重”持肯定态度的占大多数。结论；大多数调查对象缺乏足够的支原体和衣原体生殖道感染知识，建立规范的健康教育很有必要。
