摘    要:目的探讨高职护理专业教学改革的效果。方法笔者按照新的职业教育理念,重新设计护理药理学的教学。结果改革后的药理学课程密切结合了护理职业岗位。护理专业的学生对药物的基础知识与整体护理观念的关系有了清楚地认识。结论启发式教学激发了学生的学习兴趣,能更好地把药物知识运用于今后的护理工作中。

Abstract:Objective In order to explore the reform result of nursing vocational education. Methods According to the new concept of vocational education, the authors redesigned pharmacology teaching in nursing. Results After the reform,the curriculum was well combined with nursing post. The students hare a clear idea of the relationship between the basic knowledge of drugs and the concept of nursing. Conclusion Heuristic teaching stimulates students' interest of learning. The students can apply the knowledge of pharmacology better in their nursing work after graduation.
