| 摘 要： | 目的:观察参苓白术散对溃疡性结肠炎的治疗效果。方法:将150例本病患者随机分为两组,治疗组75例采用参苓白术散治疗;对照组75例采用口服柳氮磺胺吡啶0.5g,4次/d,并给予其他的支持治疗。结果:治疗组总有效率94.6%,对照组总有效率80.4%。两组临床疗效比较差异有显著性(P0.05),治疗组疗效优于对照组。结论:参苓白术散治疗溃疡性结肠炎效果显著。 |

| Abstract: | Objective:To observe the clinical effect of treating ulcerative colitis with Shenling Baizhu San.Methods:150 cases the patients were randomly divided into two groups,the treatment group (75 cases) was treated with Shenling Baizhu San,and the control group was given sulfasalazine pyridine 0.5g for treatment,4times/day,and given other supportive care.Results:The total effective rate was 94.6% in the control group,and in the treatment group,the total efficiency of 80.4%.Clinical efficacy difference was significant (P<0.05),the treatment group than the control group.Conclusion:Treating ulcerative colitis with Shenling Baizhu San has a significant effect. |
