不同类型冠心病患者体内血小板活化程度分析

目的:研究不同类型冠心病患者体内血小板活化程度,为抗血小板活化治疗提供理论依据。方法:利用流式细胞术检测了几种类型冠心病患者外周血血小板膜GPⅡb/Ⅲa(PAC-1)和CD62P的表达情况,其中稳定型心绞痛(SAP)组32例,不稳定型心绞痛(UAP)组27例,急性心肌梗死(AMI)组28例和健康对照(control)组22名,Beckman LH750血细胞计数仪测定各组血小板数量。结果:血小板PAC-1和CD62P阳性百分率在UAP组和AMI组的表达率呈增高趋势,且均高于对照组和SAP组(P均小于0.05),PLT数量在UAP组和AMI组则逐渐降低(P均小于0.05)。结论:血小板活化联合血小板计数可对冠心病患者病情和预后进行评估,并为制定相应治疗方案提供帮助。

Activation grade analysis of platelets in patients with different types of coronary heart disease

Objective:To investigate platelet activation level in patients with different types of coronary heart disease(CHD).Methods: 87 patients with coronary heart disease were chosen as experiment group,including 32 patients with stable angina pectoris(SAP group),27 patients with unstable angina pectoris(UAP group),28 patients with acute myocardial infarction(AMI group).Twenty-two normal persons were also chosen as control group.The expression level of platelet glycoproteinⅡb/Ⅲa(PAC-1) and alpha-granule membrane protein(CD62p) were measured in all groups with flow cytometry(FCM).In addition,Beckman LH750 was used to detect platelet level.The relationships of these parameters were analyzed.Results: The positive rates of PAC-1,CD62P in UAP group and AMI group were statistically significant higher than those in normal controls and SAP group,while platelet count in those two groups were lower than that in normal controls and SAP group(P<0.05).Moreover,the positive rates of PAC-1 and CD62P had statistical difference between UAP group and AMI group.Conclusion: These findings suggest that platelet-activating and platelet count are relate to the diagnosis and prognosis of CHD.
