肿瘤标志物联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值

目的探讨血清肿瘤标志物细胞角蛋白19片段(CYFRA21-1)、神经元特异性烯醇化酶(NSE)、癌胚抗原(CEA)、糖蛋白抗原125(CA125)、恶性肿瘤特异性生长因子(TSGF)联合检测对肺癌的诊断价值。方法采用电化学发光法检测76例肺癌患者、90例肺部良性病变患者和86例健康体检者血清中的5种肿瘤标志物,并用统计学方法对比分析。结果肺癌患者组5种肿瘤标志物水平明显高于肺良性病变组和健康体检组,差异有高度统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 CYFRA21-1、NSE、CEA、CA125和TSGF5种肿瘤标志物联合检测可有效提高肺癌诊断的敏感性,对肺癌早期诊断有重要的临床意义。

Diagnosis Value of Combined Detection of Tumor Markers for Lung Caner

Objective To study the diagnosis value of combined detection of tumor markers CY- FRA21-1, NSE, CEA, CA125 and TSGF for lung cancer. Methods The electro-chemiluminescence immu- noassay was used to detect five tumor markers in serum of 76 patients with lung caner, 90 patients with be- nign diseases and 86 normal healthy people and statistics was used to conduct comparative analysis. Results The serum level of five tumor markers in lung caner group were higher than those in the benign disease group and the control group. There was statistics difference （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusions The com- bined detection of tumor markers CYFRA21-1 ,NSE,CEA,CA125 and TSGF may improve the sensitivity for diagnosis of lung cancer and has great clinical significance for early diagnosis of lung cancer.
