改良式前外侧切口与后外侧切口在中年肺癌手术患者的疗效观察

目的探讨改良式前外侧切口和后外侧切口治疗中年肺癌手术患者的疗效和安全性。方法分别采用改良式前外侧切口（观察组）和后外侧切口（对照组）对在我院住院治疗的128例中年肺癌患者进行治疗，比较对照组和观察组患者临床疗效指标。结果对照组患者平均开胸时间、平均关胸时间、术中失血量、术后住院天数和住院费用均明显高于观察组患者，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论改良式前外侧切口治疗肺癌疗效确切，具有平均开胸时间和平均关胸时间短，术中出血量少．术后住院时间短日件院费用低等特点．

A clinical efficacy comparison of modified anterolateral incision and posterolateral incision treatment for middle-aged patients with lung cancer

Objective To evaluate the clinical efficacy and safety of modified anterolateral incision and posterolateral incision treatment for middle-aged patients with lung cancer.Methods 128 patients were divided into the control group and observation group by using a random number table,patients with posterolateral incision of the patients were set as the control group,patients with modified anterolateral incision were set as the observation group,respectively,then we compared clinical efficacy.Results The average operative time of thoracotomy,the average closed chest time,blood loss,the average length of stay and hospital cost of the control group were more than the observation group(P<0.05).Conclusions The modified anterolateral incision obtained satisfactory curative effect for middle-aged patients with lung cancer,it has less the average operative time of thoracotomy,the average closed chest time,blood loss,the average length of stay and hospital cost.
