临床药学与护理服务结合模式的实践研究

目的:探索临床药学与护理服务相结合的成熟工作模式和完善的工作体系。方法:总结本院临床药师与护理工作者工作内容相结合的经验和成果。结果:临床药师在护理医疗工作中开展了合理用药教育、患者用药教育、药物使用技能培训、药物管理知识培训,提升了护理工作者在安全用药中的能力,使患者获得了更多的安全保障和高质量的医疗服务。结论:临床药师进入护理服务领域能更好地确保医疗安全,提高护理质量,减少药物不良事件。

Research and Practice of the Combination Pattern of Clinical Pharmacy and Nursing Services

OBJECTIVE： To explore the work patterns and the work system of the combination of clinical pharmacy services and nttrsing service. METHODS ： The experience and achievements of the work for combination of clinical pharmacists and nurses were summarized. RESULTS： Clinical pharmacists had carried out the rational medication education, patient＇s medication education, skills training of drug use and drug management knowledge training. The capacity of nursing work in the safe medication had been improved. More security guarantee and high-quality health care were provide for patients. CONCLUSION： Clinical pharmacists participating in the field of nursing services can ensure medical safety, improve quality of care and reduce drug adverse events.
