白花败酱HPLC指纹图谱研究

摘    要:
目的:建立白花败酱高效液相色谱(HPLC)指纹图谱,为白花败酱的品种鉴别和质量控制提供参考依据。方法:色谱柱为Kromasil-C18(250mm×4.6mm,5μm),流动相为乙腈-0.1%磷酸(梯度洗脱),流速为0.8mL·min-1,柱温为25℃,检测波长为320nm。结果:确定由15个峰构成白花败酱的指纹特征,10批样品相似度较好。结论:本方法精密度、稳定性、重复性良好,可为白花败酱的鉴别和质量评价提供参考。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE:To establish HPLC fingerprints of Patrinia villosa,and to provide reference for identification and quality control of it.METHODS:The chromatographic column was Kromasil-C18(250 mm×4.6 mm,5μm)and the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-0.1% phosphoric acid at flow rate of 0.8 mL·min-1.The column temperature was 25℃ and the detection wavelength was set at 320 nm.RESULTS:15 peaks were identified as the characteristic finger prints of P.villosa.10 batches of samples had high similarity.CONCLUSION:The method has a good precision,stability and repeatability.The established fingerprints can be used for the quality control and species identification of P.villosa.
