痰热清注射液联合万古霉素治疗MRSA感染性肺炎的疗效观察

目的:观察痰热清注射液联合万古霉素对耐甲氧西林金黄色葡萄球菌(MRSA)感染性肺炎的疗效。方法:将80例MRSA感染性肺炎患者均分成2组,对照组给予万古霉素等基础治疗,治疗组在对照组基础上辅以中药痰热清注射液20mL+5%葡萄糖注射液250mL,qd,静脉滴注。2组疗程均为10d。结果:治疗组有效率为82.5%,对照组为62.5%,2组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。2组均未见严重不良反应。结论:痰热清注射液与万古霉素注射液具有协同抗菌作用,治疗MRSA感染性肺炎疗效明显。

Efficacy Observation of Tanreqing Injection Combined with Vancomycin in the Treatment of MRSA Infectious Pneumonia

OBJECTIVE：To investigate the therapeutic efficacy of Tanreqing injection combined with vancomycin in the treatment of MRSA infectious pneumonia.METHODS：80 cases of MRSA infectious pneumonia were equally divided into 2 groups：both groups were given conventional treatment and treatment group was given intravenous injection of Tanreqing injection（20 mL＋5% glucose injection 250 mL,qd,iv.gtt）.The course of treatment of 2 groups were 10 d.RESULTS：The effective rate of treatment group was 82.5% and that of control group was 62.5%.The therapeutic efficacy of treatment group was superior to control group,there was significant difference between 2 groups（P0.05）.There was no obverse ADR in both groups.CONCLUSION：Tanreqing injection combined with vancomycin has obvious effect in the treatment of MRSA infectious pneumonia.
