品管圈活动在医院药剂科工作质量管理中的实践

摘    要:
目的:降低门诊西药房用药差错件数,提高医院药剂科工作质量。方法:在我院门诊西药房按品管圈活动的10个步骤实施各项活动,比较评价该活动的有形成果和无形成果。结果:通过开展品管圈活动,使门诊西药房每周用药差错件数由改善前的45.5件/周降至22.0件/周;药师在品管手法的认识、沟通与协调、面对问题的勇气、和谐程度等方面有较大提升。结论:开展品管圈活动提升了门诊西药房药学服务水平,促进患者用药更加安全、有效。

Abstract:
OBJECTIVE: To reduce the number of medication error in outpatient pharmacy for western medicine and to improve the quality of work in pharmacy department. METHODS: According to 10 steps of QCC, our department had carried out process evaluation and management. The tangible and intangible achievements of activity were compared and evaluated. RESULTS: The number of medication errors deceased from 45.5 per week to 22.0 per week after carrying out QCC program. The quality of pharmacists was improved significantly in respect of quality control method realization, communication and cooperation, facing problems with courage, harmonious degree. CONCLUSION: QCC program improves the quality of pharmaceutical care in outpatient pharmacy for western medicine and promotes safe and effective drug use of patients.
