黄连解毒汤在不同煎煮条件下的有效成分研究

摘    要:
目的:探讨黄连解毒汤在不同煎煮条件下有效成分的变化规律,以为其煎煮的条件选取提供依据。方法:选取黄连解毒汤的药材进行煎煮,然后将煎煮20、30、60min时黄苓苷、栀子苷、生物碱、汉黄芩素等成分的溶出率进行检测及比较。结果:经研究比较发现,栀子苷和黄苓苷煎煮20min时与30、60min时均为80%和60%以上,不同时间比较(均P〉0.05),而生物碱煎煮30min及60min均高于20min(均P〉0.05),汉黄芩素煎煮60min时溶出率明显高于煎煮20min及30min时(P〈0.05或P〈0.01),有显著性差异或非常显著性差异,但第2次煎煮较第1次煎煮溶出率提高(均P〉0.05),均有显著性差异。结论:黄连解毒汤在不同煎煮条件下的有效成分溶出率变化有一定的规律,为确保药物达到最佳药效,值得进一步研究及探讨。

Abstract:
Objective:To investigate the variation of effective components of Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in different decocting condition and provide the selection basis for their decocting condition.Methods:Selected Huanglian Jiedu Decoction to boiling,then boiled 20,30 min and 60 min,the dissolution rates of baicalin,geniposide,alkaloids and wogonin were tested and compared.Results:The comparative study found that baicalin and geniposide boiled 20 min with 30 and 60 min were 80% and 60%,compared at different times(all P0.05),while the alkaloid boiling 30 min and 60 min higher than 20 min(all P0.05),the dissolution rate of wogonin at 60 min was significantly higher than 20 min and 30 min(P0.05 or P0.01),there were significant difference or very significant difference.However,the boiling dissolution rate of second boiling was higher than the first time(all P0.05),there was significant difference.Conclusion:Huanglian Jiedu Decoction in different boiling conditions,the dissolution rates of the active ingredients has certain changes in the law,to ensure opti mal efficacy of drug worthy of further study and discussion.
