摘    要:
作者对四氯化碳亚慢性中毒大鼠血清GOT同工酶变化进行了动态定性测定,并与中毒大鼠肝脏病理改变进行了对比,发现m-GOT检出率随染毒累积剂量的增加而升高,出现越早的动物其肝脏病变越严重;停止染毒后病变恢复,m-GOT消失。提示该指标可以反映肝脏实质损害的程度,并且可对肝脏病变的预后进行定性的估测。本实验还发现用醋酸纤维薄膜电泳法检出血清m-GOT时,GOT总活性的临界水平约为194单位。建议将该指标作为职业性中毒肝病的批量筛选和预后判断指标。

Abstract:
Male Wistar rats were orally administeredwith CCl_4 (797. 5mg/kg body wt., 3 times a week up to 8 weeks), the serum GOT isoenzymes and hepatic histological alterations were examined by cellulose acetate electrophoresis and light microscopy. There are two bands of serum GOT in electrophoretogram, ie., s-GOT and m-GOT in CCl_4 poisoned rats. When m-GOT was just detected, the critical level of total serum GOT activities was 194U. The earlier the serum m-GOT was detected, the more serious hepatopathy in rats would be. The detected rate of m-GOT increased with the successive exposure to CCl_4 and the hitological alterations were in progress. After cessation of exposure, the hepatopathy recovered and serum m-GOT was no longer detected. This suggested that the serum m-GOT could reflect the degree of hepatic damage and serve as an index for the qulitative estimation of the prognosis of hepatopathy induced by CCl_4.
