双歧三联活菌联合硝苯地平治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床分析

摘    要:目的: 观察双歧三联活菌与硝苯地平联合应用治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征的临床疗效。方法: 将88例随机分为两组,治疗组(双歧三联活菌联合用药组)45例,双歧三联活菌每次4片,每天3次;硝苯地平10 mg,每天3次;对照组43例,双歧三联活菌每次4片,每天3次。两组均治疗2周。结果: 治疗组总有效率82.22%,高于对照组55.81%(P<0.05)。停药4周内复发率分别为21.62%和45.83%,两组差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论: 双歧三联活菌、硝苯地平联合应用治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征有较好疗效和较低的复发率。

Abstract:Objective:To investigate the clinical effect of Jinshuangqi combined with nifedipine for treatment of diarrhea-predominant irritable bowel syndrome(IBS).Methods:Eighty-eight cases of IBS were randomly divided into treatment group(45 cases) and control group(43 cases).The treatment group were administered 4 tablets of Jinshuangqi and nifedipine 10 mg 3 times a day.The control group were given only 4 tablets of Jinshuangqi 3 times a day.One course lasted for 2 weeks.Results:The toal response rates were 82.22% and 55.81% in the treatment group and control group respectively.The difference was significant(P<0.05).The recurrence rates of the treatment group and the control group within 4 weeks after therapy were 21.62% and 45.83%.The difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusions:It suggests that Jinshuangqi combined with nifedipine has better effect and less recurrence in treatment of IBS.
