摘 要: | 在真核细胞中,腺苷酸活化蛋白激酶(AMPK)是细胞及全身能量稳态的一个重要调节器,受体内AMP/ATP比率调节,通常被称为代谢敏感性激酶。新近的研究发现,AMPK的激活参与了许多细胞(如骨骼肌细胞、内皮细胞)的分化、迁移和管腔形成。该文就AMPK在血管生成这一生物效应中的显像和作用机制予以综述。

Abstract: | The AMP-activated protein kinase( AMPK), as a metabolite-sensing kinase, is a key regulator of cellular and whole-body energy homeostasis which is tighdy regulated by the levels of AMP/ATP ratio. Recent studies indicate AMPK activation is also involved in the differentiation, migration and tube formation in a lot of ceils( such as skeletal muscle cells, endothelial cells). Here is to make a review of the recent advances in the roles and action mechanisms of AMPK in angiogenesis. |
