脉冲磁疗对脊髓型颈椎病的疗效观察

摘    要:目的:观察脉冲磁疗对脊髓型颈椎病的治疗作用。方法:将40例脊髓型颈椎病(CSM)患者随机分为脉冲磁疗组20例和常规治疗组20例,在治疗前后采用40分法评定颈椎脊髓功能状态并行体感诱发电位(SEP)检查,对照分析脉冲磁疗对CMS疗效以及对神经传导的影响。结果:磁疗组和常规组治疗后颈椎脊髓功能状态评分均有提高,磁疗组治疗后发较常规组改善显著(P<0.05)。40例CSM治疗前SEP异常率为80%,主要表现为:N11、N13及N20潜伏期延长,治疗后均有改善,磁疗组N13及N20潜伏期改善较常规组显著(P<0.05)。结论:脉冲磁疗对脊髓型颈椎病具有较好疗效,SEP可为脊髓型颈椎病的功能及疗效评定提供有价值的依据。

Abstract:Objective: To study the effect of pulsed magnetic field on patients with cervical spondylotic myelopathy (CSM). Method: Forty cases with cervical spondylotic myelopathy were divided into pulsed magnetic field treatment group 20 cases and routine treatment group 20 cases randomly. The patients were assessed with 40-point scale for cervical cord function and examined by SEP before and after two therapies. Result::The grades of cervical cord function in both of the two treatment groups were increased after treatment. The grade of pulsed magnetic field treatment group were improved more remarkably than that of routine treatment group ( P <0.05). The abnormal rate of SEP was 80% before treatment. The main abnormity of SEP were the delay of latent period in N 11 , N 13 and N 20 . The latent period was improved after treatment and the latent period of N 13 and N 20 of pulsed magnetic field treatment group improved more distinctively than that of routine treatment group ( P <0.05). Conclusion: The pulsed magnetic field therapy has preferable clinical curative effect to CSM. SEP can provide useful evidences for assessment in the function and curative effect of CSM.
