支气管哮喘患者缓解期肺功能及气道阻塞可逆性的观察

目的：观察支气管哮喘缓解期老年及青年患者的肺通气功能、支气管舒张试验有何异同。方法：对处于支气管哮喘缓解期的老年患者36例，青年患者28例，进行肺通气功能、支气管舒张试验测定并比较分析。结果：支气管哮喘缓解期老年患者的肺通气功能异常率达91．67％，青年患者只有57．14％；支气管舒张试验测定老年患者阳性率为58．33％，青年患者达92．86％。结论：支气管哮喘缓解期老年患者的气道受限、可逆性都比青年患者差，提示缓解期气道炎症仍然持续存在，需长期维持治疗，定期复查肺功能有助于指导治疗。

The pulmonary function and bronchial obstruction reversibility of the cases with asthmatic patients in their alleviative period

Objective:To observe the difference of pulmonary function and bronchodilatation test of the cases with asthmatic patients in their alleviative period.Methods:Analyzing the result of 36 cases with senile asthma group,that were in their alleviative period,28 cases in the adolescent age that suffered asthma in their alleviative period.Their pulmonary function and bronchodilatation test were checked and compared.Results: In the senile asthmatic patients during their alleviative period,91.67% had abnormal pulmonary function and 58.33% had positive reaction in bronchodilatation test.Index compared with 57.14% and 92.86% in the adolescent age.There were significant differences between senile asthma group and adolescent age group.Conclusions: The pulmonary function is still abnormal in the cases with asthma during their alleviative period,the ventilation is limited.The treatment is still necessary during their alleviative period.The pulmonary function must be checked regularly.
