砧骨的测量及临床应用

本文对山西省太原地区出土成人砧骨114块(左62,右52);长治医学院附属医院妇产科收集7-10个月死胎砧骨86块(左43,右43)的重要、长度、体厚度、长突长度、短突长度、长突与短突间夹角等进行了观察、测量、统计分析和比较.其结果经显著性检验,成人同胎儿砧骨重量和短突长度差异非常显著(P<0.01).砧骨体厚度差异显著(P<0.05)。其余各值差异均不显著(P>0.05)。

OBSERVATIONS OF THE INCUS AND ITS CLINICAL APFLICATION

This paper reports the results of measurement and analytical comparison of the 114 (left 62, right 52) incus of adult corpses excavated from Taiyuan area of Shanxi Province and the 86 incus (left 43, right 43) of fetus of 7-10 months collected from the Department of Gynaecology and Obstetrics at the Affiliated Hospital of Changzhi Medical College. Statistical test shows that the differences of the weight of incus and the length of crus breve of incus between adlut and fetus are very significant (P<0.01).The differences of thickness of the corpus incudis are significant (P<0.05).The differences of other measurement are insignificant (P>0.05).
