摘    要:目的测定四川省地震灾区家蝇抗药性水平,与非地震灾区家蝇抗药性水平和既往资料及实验室敏感品系进行比较,总结、分析其产生的原因以及发生发展的规律。方法采集北川(安昌镇)、汶川(映秀镇)、绵竹及康定的野外家蝇带回饲养室饲养1~2代后进行点滴法抗药性水平测定。结果地震灾区家蝇对敌敌畏、高效氯氰菊酯、溴氰菊酯的抗药性水平均维持在高抗性,与成都、广元2007年的水平相当或略高,但明显高于非地震灾区家蝇的抗药性水平。结论家蝇抗药性的发生发展有其自身的规律,特殊情况下的大量使用杀虫剂对抗药性的增长有一定的影响,但不是唯一的因素。
