心理干预对子宫肌瘤患者围术巅不良情绪的改善作用

目的探讨心理护理干预对子宫肌瘤患者围术期不良情绪的改善作用。方法选择本院子宫肌瘤患者70例，随机分为观察组与对照组各35例，观察组给予围术期心理护理干预，对照组给予常规护理，采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）观察两组护理前后的焦虑和抑郁情况。结果两组患者护理前SAS和SDS评分比较，差异无统计学意义（P〉0．05）；护理后观察组SAS、SDS评分均明显低于对照组，两组比较，差异有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论心理干预对子宫肌瘤患者围术期不良情绪有显著的改善作用，应在临床护理工作中重视。

Effect of psychological intervention on perioperative adverse mood improvement of patients with uterine fibroids

Objective To investigate the effect of＇psychological intervention on perioperative adverse mood improve- ment of patients with uterine fibroids.Metbods 70 patients with uterine fibroids hospital were randomly divided into observation group and control group,35 cases in each group,the observation group were received perioperative psychological nursing intervention,the control group were received routine care,the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and selfrating depression scale （SDS） were used to observe anxiety and depression before and after treatment.Results The SAS and SDS scores before treatment of two groups compared,the difference was not significant （P〉0.05）.Afier nursing intervention,SAS,SDS scores of observation group was significantly lower than that of the control group respectively （P〈 0.05）.Conclusion The psychological intervention has significant improvement effect on perioperative adverse mood of patients with uterine fibroids,we should pay attention in clinical nursing work.
