双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊预防小儿肺炎继发腹泻的临床观察

目的 探讨双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊预防小儿肺炎继发腹泻的临床效果.方法 将本院收治的112例肺炎住院患儿分为实验组与对照组,对照组仅给予抗生素治疗,实验组在对照组治疗的基础上,给予双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊治疗,比较两组患者的腹泻发生率及腹泻严重程度.结果 两组患儿治疗第3、5、7天时,实验组的腹泻发生率分别为8.93％、14.29％、12.50％,均明显低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义（P＜0.05）；实验组患儿的轻、重型腹泻发生率以及无腹泻发生率分别为12.5％、1.79％、85.71％,均明显优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患儿均未有不良反应发生.结论 对肺炎患儿使用双歧杆菌三联活菌肠溶胶囊进行治疗,能有效降低腹泻的发生率,不良反应少,安全可靠,疗效确切,值得临床推广.

The clinical observation of 56 cases using bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsules to prevent the pediatric pneumonia secondary diarrhea

Objective To discuss the clinical curative effect of bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsules for the prevention of pediatric pneumonia secondary diarrhea. Methods 112 cases of children with pneumonia in our hospital were divided into experimental group and control group.Control group was only given antibiotic treatment,while experi- mental group was given bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsules on the basis of antibiotic treatment.Incidence and severity of diarrhea of the two groups were contrasted. Results The incidences of diarrhea of the experimental group were 8.93%,14.29% and 12.50% respectively,which were significantly lower than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant （P〈0.05）.The light,severe and no incidence of diarrhea of the experimental group were 12.5%,1.79% and 85.71% respectively,which were significantly superior to the control group （P〈0.05）.The two groups of children had no symptoms of adverse reactions. Conclusion Bifidobacterium triple viable enteric capsules used in children with pneumonia can effectively reduce the incidence of diarrhea,with less adverse reactions and highly safety and reliability,and curative effect.It is worthy of further clinical promotion.
