氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变伴焦虑抑郁的临床效果和安全性

目的探究并分析氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合胰岛索泵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变伴焦虑抑郁的临床效果和安全性。方法选取2010年12月～2012年12月本院内科收治的50例糖尿病周围神经病变伴焦虑抑郁的患者为研究对象，应用随机数字表法将其分为对照组与观察组，每组各25例。对照组给予胰岛素泵治疗，观察组给予氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合胰岛素泵治疗，比较两组患者的焦虑抑郁得分和不良反应发生情况。结果观察组：抑郁自评量表得分为（42．25±3．32）分，焦虑自评量表得分为（41．23±3．37）分，明显低于对照组的（48．54±3．41）、（47．59±3．43）分（P〈0.05）。结论氟哌噻吨美利曲辛联合胰岛素泵治疗糖尿病周围神经病变伴焦虑抑郁的临床效果确切，优于单纯使用胰岛素泵治疗，具有安全可靠和不良反应少等特点。

Clinical effect and safety of flupentixol and melitracen combined with insulin pump treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with anxiety and depression

Objective To explore and analyze the clinical effect and safety of flupentixol and melitracen combined with insulin pump treating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with anxiety and depression. Methods 50 patients with diabetic peripheral neuropathy with anxiety and depression were treated and selected as subjects from December 2010 to December 2012 in the department of medicine in our hospital,and they were divided into the control group （n=25） and the observation group （n=25） according to the random number table method.The control group was given insulin pump treatment,the observation group was given flupentixol and melitraeen combined with insulin pump treatment,the score of anxiety and depression,adverse reactions were compared. Results The score of self-rating depression scale and selfrating anxiety scale in the observation group was （42.25±3.32） and （41.23±3.37） respectively,they were lower than that （48.54±3.41）, （47.59±3.43）] of the control group,they were respectively in the control group （48.54±3.41） and （47.59±3.43） （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The clinical effect of flupentixol and melitracen combined with insulin pump teating diabetic peripheral neuropathy with anxiety and depression is exact,it is superior to the＇use of insulin pump.h has the characteristics of safe and reliable and less adverse reactions.
