中医综合疗法治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的临床观察

目的 探讨中医综合疗法治疗无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的临床效果.方法 124例无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折根据随机数字表法将其分为治疗组与对照组,每组各62例.治疗组采用中医综合疗法治疗,对照组采用中成药、西药及功能锻炼治疗.比较两组患者的疗效.结果 治疗组总有效率高于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗3个月后与治疗前比较,疼痛明显缓解（P＜0.05）,治疗组缓解情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）；两组患者治疗3个月后Cobb角度较治疗前改善（P＜0.05）,治疗组改善情况优于对照组（P＜0.05）;24个月时,治疗组Cobb角度小于对照组（P＜0.05）.结论 中医综合疗法疗效确切,安全性高,可作为无神经损伤胸腰椎骨折的首选治疗.

Clinical observation of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating thoracolumbar fractures without neurological damage

Objective To discuss the clinical effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine treating thoracolumbar fractures without neurological damage. Methods 124 cases with thoracolumbar fractures without neuro- logical damage were randomly divided into the treatment group （n=62） and the control group （n=62）.The treatment group was treated by comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine while the control group was treated by traditional Chinese medicine,western medicine therapy and function exercise.The curative effect of the two groups was compared. Results The total effective rate was higher than that in the control group （P〈0.05）;after 3 months treatment, patients in two groups was compared with before treatment,the pain eased significantly （P〈0.05）,the relief situation of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;after 3 months treatment,patients in two groups was compared with before treatment,Cobb angle of view of patients was improved（P〈0.05）,the improvement of the treat- ment group was better than that of the control group （P〈0.05）;at twenty-fourth month, the Cobb angle of the treatment group was smaller than that of the control group （P〈0.05）. Conclusion The curative effect of comprehensive therapy of traditional Chinese medicine with higher sifety,it can be used as the first choice for the treatment of thoracolumbar fracture without neurological damage.
